The S45, like our other machines, combines high‑flow, valve‑free bi‑directional pumps with airtight auto‑caps. Using a proactive 'suck‑back' mechanism, the system draws colorant away from the nozzle tips to minimize air exposure and residual buildup. When supported by proper SOPs, it remains airtight, which significantly delays drying, reduces maintenance downtime, and ensures long‑term dispensing accuracy.
